The successful applicant will deliver expertise in collaborating with internal business partners at CloudPay, ensuring optimal value from all procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will concentrate on determining the most suitable sourcing strategies and executing supplier selection and contract negotiations in accordance with business needs and internal protocols.
Daily Duties:
- Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of CloudPay's procurement necessities.
- Establish robust and trustworthy relationships with business partners, aligning with their strategic objectives.
- Facilitate the achievement of business goals by offering focused and constructive feedback.
- Propose solutions aimed at maximizing value from expenditures while ensuring organizational success.
- Gain a thorough understanding of market trends, including key suppliers, cost factors, negotiation strategies, and associated risks.
- Organize and lead negotiations to achieve desired outcomes, including pricing, service quality, and essential contractual terms.
- Foster collaborative relationships with key suppliers to enhance performance, encourage continuous improvement, and mitigate risks.
- Provide effective support, coaching, and management of internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with proposed sourcing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in procurement with a solid grasp of procurement methodologies.
- Strong financial and commercial insight with demonstrable experience in strategic planning.
- Ability to forge strong and credible relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in translating business needs into effective sourcing strategies that maximize value while aligning with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, leading, and executing supplier negotiation strategies while supporting business leaders throughout the process.
- Relevant experience in indirect procurement or specific industry experience.
- CIPs or similar qualifications are advantageous.
