We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Handler to become a vital part of our Consumer & Local Commercial team. This rapidly expanding team, with over 200 members across the UK, focuses on building strong relationships with clients ranging from small business owners to executives of large corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for the quoting process.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to meet expectations and compliance standards.
- Support Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates while exceeding customer expectations and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Embrace a learning mindset, as each day presents new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
- Efficiently process data on relevant systems to enhance client service, streamline internal processes, and facilitate informed decision-making.
