Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Finance Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing finance team of seven professionals, overseeing their work, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and Manage Financial Operations: You will oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial data processed and defining/implementing any systems and procedure improvements.
- Prepare and Analyse Financial Reports: You will prepare and analyse comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Develop and Monitor Budgets and Forecasts: You will develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Department Heads and Senior Management: You will collaborate with department heads and senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimise Spending: You will optimise spending while maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Provide Financial Guidance: You will provide financial guidance on business decisions and growth strategies.
- Contribute to Business Planning: You will contribute to medium and long-term business planning through financial performance analysis.
- Support Business Development: You will support business development by preparing financial information for tenders and attending prospect meetings when required.

Qualifications and Skills:
