Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Salary: £28 - £35k basic

Location: Manchester (United Kingdom) - Hybrid (2 days per week in office - Office located in Ancoats)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal support for our systems and software tools, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage hardware support for team members, including laptops, headsets, and other equipment, to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Deliver team training on various systems and processes, promoting knowledge sharing and efficiency.
  • Assist departments such as Customer Success, Marketing, and Lead Generation by gathering data and building reports, providing valuable insights.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of internal systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer to manage and support CS and Support processes, driving customer satisfaction.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including editing flows, building complex reports, and managing system configurations, is highly desirable.
