Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Support Specialist to join our team at William James Recruitment.

About the Role:

  • As a Legal Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our fee earners, including preparing correspondence and documents, managing filing, and opening and maintaining files on our case management system.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch, proactively dealing with conflicting diary appointments, and acting in a professional manner at all times.
  • Additionally, you will ensure a timely response to all communication from internal and external stakeholders, attend to clients primarily on the telephone, and provide support in a professional and friendly manner.
  • You will also be responsible for producing and amending legal documentation using digital dictation, typing extensive reports, and collating billing information and producing invoices.
  • Furthermore, you will monitor fee earners' e-mails and draft responses, and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • You will have the ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative, with strong legal and leadership skills and an eye for detail.
  • You will also have excellent organization and time-management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and contacts.

Benefits:

  • You will receive a salary up to £32,000 depending on experience, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private health insurance, flexible working, and a generous company pension.
