Our Role

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team, responsible for managing Havas Lynx's presence and activity both locally and globally. As a key member of the Growth team, you will work closely with the Senior Brand and Communications Manager and Chief Executive Officer to implement annual marketing and brand activity, ensuring that the impact of delivered activity is measured against the company's core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the brand identity and growth by working across internal and external communications for the Havas Lynx team.
  • Collaborate with specialist offerings to develop their profile and supportive collateral to enable engagement with internal agencies and clients.
  • Maintain core company materials, such as guidelines and useful company materials, which communicate our benefits and policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional business partner teams, agency leadership, and network contacts within Havas Health and Havas.
  • Be involved in our internal/external events and learning and development projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience writing copy.
  • PR experience is desired.
  • Project management experience.
  • Internal and external communications experience across multiple platforms, including some social collateral.
