Area Sales Manager Opportunity

Headlam, Europe's largest floor covering distributor, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team. This full-time role is based in Manchester and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new and existing customers' potential and leverage opportunities to grow sales with existing products.
  • Launch new ranges into retailers and specifiers by creating and delivering market-leading presentations using detailed sales decks.
  • Manage customer pricing quotations and terms to protect margins while driving sales forward.
Requirements:
  • External sales experience with a history of working to targets.
  • Previous experience within the UK flooring industry.
  • Individual sales success in a retail, wholesale, or other customer-facing role.
  • A premium brand mindset with an interest in quality products and brand loyalty.
