Job Title: Store Manager - New Flagship Opening - Manchester - Global Fashion Brand

MODE SEARCH Ltd. is collaborating with a renowned fashion brand to find a Store Manager for a new store opening in Manchester.

This brand is recognized for its collaborative and people-focused culture, and is expanding internationally.

We are seeking a candidate with strong people management skills, looking for the next step in their career within the retail sector.

The Role
  • Lead, develop, and support the sales and operations team members to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
  • Demonstrate dynamic leadership with strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients while setting expectations for exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and executing in-store events and activations.
  • Develop the performance of employees by increasing motivation, innovation, enthusiasm, and engagement.
  • Support and coach Sales Advisors on the brand, collections, in-store experience, and store policies.
  • Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan: Partner with the Sales Manager to create, communicate, and execute a vision for the sales team.
  • Clienteling/Service Excellence: Lead and champion the team in executing consistent and superior sales and service delivery to increase and retain customer loyalty.
  • Develop a sales strategy in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
  • Support and coach Sales Advisors on the brand, collections, in-store experience, and store policies.
  • Leadership and team management, ability to motivate and encourage a strong customer service mindset.
  • Participate in and contribute to the brand's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in fashion retail in a Senior management position.
  • Flagship store experience.
  • New store opening experience.
