About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Only, a branding agency dedicated to creating impactful brands. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering studio output and helping to drive the commercial health of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage brand, design, and marketing projects for new and existing clients, creating project plans, liaising with the design team, and scheduling meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, based on trust and transparency.
  • Work with the Managing Director to manage project budgets, negotiate contract terms, and log client approvals.
  • Support the research and strategy phase of brand identity projects, helping to plan and organize focus groups and workshops.
  • Contribute to growing our reputation for delivering outstanding service to clients.

What We Offer
  • Open to full or part-time applicants.
  • Salary: £40k to £50k pro rata, depending on experience, plus profit share scheme.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Project Manager/Producer, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software, processes, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in a client-facing position.
  • Experience tracking and managing deadlines and budgets.
