Position: Wholesale Administrative Coordinator

Department: Commercial | Trading

Overview: Provide essential support to the UK Account Manager in managing relationships with retail clients and partners.

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the National Account Manager.

Work Arrangement: London / Hybrid

Salary: Starting from £30K + Long Term Incentive Plan + Comprehensive Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Account Manager in executing UK retail strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for client engagements.
  • Organize and manage sales-related documents within internal systems.
  • Oversee the timelines for the wholesale department and collaborate with Marketing on scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing data for weekly trade presentations.
  • Manage product samples for E-commerce, Wholesale, and Marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain internal data management, updating product line lists consistently.
  • Handle New Line Forms and required information for retailers.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to gain insights into the UK retail landscape.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Support retail supply chain management, coordinating order processing and fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate order entry and timely scheduling of appointments.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects across the organization.

Expected Achievements in 6 Months:

  • Achieve annual D2C revenues exceeding £15m with £3mn EBITDA.
  • Expand distribution points and new product listings with current retail partners.
  • Meet all performance metrics related to turnover rates and sales at existing retail accounts.

Expected Achievements in 24 Months:

  • Reach annual D2C revenues surpassing £20m with £4mn EBITDA.
  • Broaden product availability across relevant retail and wholesale accounts in the UK.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to growth. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment is essential. A willingness to take calculated risks and a hands-on attitude are crucial for success. Strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to balance immediate objectives with long-term goals, is necessary.

Additionally, a strong customer focus and a deep understanding of our target market are vital. A passion for cosmetics and awareness of current beauty trends are essential. Creativity and innovation, along with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing consumer needs, are highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of experience in sales or wholesale, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
  • A genuine passion for a career in the beauty industry.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
