Position: Wholesale Administrative Coordinator

Department: Commercial | Trading

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential support to the UK Account Manager in managing relationships with retail clients and partners.

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the National Account Manager.

Work Arrangement: London / Hybrid

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver administrative assistance to the Account Manager for the execution of UK retail strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for client engagements.
  • Organize and manage sales documentation within internal systems.
  • Oversee wholesale department timelines and collaborate with Marketing on scheduling.
  • Assist in data organization for weekly trade presentations.
  • Manage product samples for E-commerce, Wholesale, and Marketing.
  • Maintain internal data management, including product line updates.
  • Handle New Line Forms and retailer-required information.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to enhance understanding of the UK retail landscape.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Support retail supply chain management, including order processing and fulfillment.
  • Ensure precise and timely order entry and appointment scheduling.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects across the organization.

Success Metrics:

Within 6 Months:

  • Achieve annual D2C revenues exceeding £15m with a £3mn EBITDA.
  • Expand distribution points and new product listings with current retail partners.
  • Meet all performance metrics related to turnover and sales with existing accounts.

Within 24 Months:

  • Target annual D2C revenues surpassing £20m with a £4mn EBITDA.
  • Broaden product availability across relevant retail and wholesale channels in the UK.

Furthermore, a customer-centric focus and a profound understanding of our target demographic are necessary. A passion for cosmetics, along with an awareness of the latest beauty trends, is expected. Creativity and innovation, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changing consumer preferences, are vital.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of experience in sales or wholesale, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
  • A strong passion for a career in the beauty industry.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
