Position: Wholesale Administrative Coordinator
Department: Commercial | Trading
Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential support to the UK Account Manager in managing relationships with retail clients and partners.
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the National Account Manager.
Work Arrangement: London / Hybrid
Compensation: Starting from £30K plus Long Term Incentive Plan and competitive benefits.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative assistance to the Account Manager to facilitate the execution of retail strategies in the UK.
- Prepare presentations and materials for client engagements.
- Organize and manage sales documentation within internal systems.
- Oversee wholesale department timelines and collaborate with Marketing on scheduling.
- Compile data for weekly trade presentations.
- Manage product samples for E-commerce, Wholesale, and Marketing.
- Maintain internal data management, including product line updates.
- Handle New Line Forms and necessary information for retailers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to gain insights into the UK retail landscape.
- Foster cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.
- Assist in retail supply chain management, ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely scheduling of appointments.
- Contribute to various ad-hoc projects across the organization.
Success Metrics:
Within 6 Months:
- Achieve annual D2C revenues exceeding £15m with a target EBITDA of £3mn.
- Expand distribution points and new product listings with current retail partners.
- Meet all performance benchmarks related to turnover and sales with existing accounts.
Within 24 Months:
- Attain annual D2C revenues surpassing £20m with a target EBITDA of £4mn.
- Broaden product presence across relevant retail and wholesale channels in the UK.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving E-commerce and wholesale environment is essential. A willingness to take calculated risks and a hands-on attitude are key attributes. Strategic thinking, balancing immediate objectives with long-term goals, is crucial.
Additionally, a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of our target demographic are necessary. A passion for cosmetics and awareness of current beauty trends are important. Creativity and innovation, with the ability to anticipate consumer needs, are highly valued.
Qualifications:
- 6-12 months of experience in sales or wholesale, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
- A strong passion for a career in the beauty industry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
