About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Inventory Planner to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategic inventory plans to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and maximize availability.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Produce accurate demand forecasts to inform inventory replenishment and optimize stock levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in using Excel to analyze data, create reports, and develop models.
  • ERP and Replenishment Systems: Experienced in using ERP systems and replenishment software to manage inventory and optimize supply chain operations.
  • BI Reporting Capabilities: Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) reporting tools and techniques to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
