Tate is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planner to join our team. As a key member of our global planning organization, you will be responsible for driving all replenishment planning activities globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and Planning: Assess global replenishment forecasts, focusing on the women's wear division, and create a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain global rolling line cards for replenishment items and ensure adherence to the replenishment monthly critical path.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in replenishment products.
- Long-Range Forecasting: Determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a planning or inventory management role.
- Skills: Strong planning and forecasting skills, decision-making capability, and high-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Software Skills: SAP/BRRS and PLM software skills preferred.
