About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Inventory Planner to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize our supply chain processes to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the supply chain.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in using Excel to analyze data, create reports, and develop models.
  • ERP and Replenishment Systems: Experience with ERP systems and replenishment software, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
