Our client, a distinguished independent property agency, is in search of a driven and passionate Real Estate Operations Manager to become part of their thriving team. Let’s delve into the responsibilities of the role:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
  • Comprehending and promoting services, including ancillary and supplementary offerings.
  • Managing Mid Term Inspection follow-ups, ensuring quality and trade discount earnings.
  • Conducting weekly arrears management, including Rent & Legal Protection claim submissions and oversight.
  • Preparing inspection reports for your portfolio, ensuring the quality of content.
