Position Overview

We are in search of a Real Estate Supervisor to become a vital part of our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Who We Seek

An accomplished individual. We are looking for someone with a solid background in property management and the capability to cultivate strong professional relationships.

A detail-oriented expert. The real estate sector is dynamic, requiring a candidate who can operate efficiently and accurately within our IT systems, demonstrating excellent spelling and grammar.

A skilled communicator. We desire a person who can establish strong connections with both residents and clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service.

Applicants should possess or be pursuing a professional property qualification, specifically a MTPI qualification. At Centrick, we are committed to supporting your professional growth and career advancement.

Your work will involve a blend of remote, office, and site-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

While each day presents unique challenges, the following tasks are typical of this role. Even if you cannot fulfill every requirement but believe you have the necessary skills, we encourage you to consider this opportunity:

- Oversee a portfolio of developments in Birmingham

- Manage the complete lifecycle of properties

- Establish initial annual budgets

- Finalize year-end financial statements

- Supervise all major projects, including contractor coordination

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Address all resident and client inquiries

- Participate in resident meetings

- Conduct regular property inspections

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
