Residential Development Solicitor - Join a Leading International Firm

The work encompasses a comprehensive array of real estate needs, including acquisition, development, funding, investment, and asset management, with a particular emphasis on major logistics and manufacturing initiatives, alternative asset classes (such as hotels, student housing, and Build to Rent), private sector residential development, public sector-led projects, new business park developments, Grade A office developments and investments, major infrastructure projects, and support for the nuclear sector.

The Role:

The firm has recognized its specialization in residential development work within their Real Estate team, catering to a prestigious developer client base.

They are currently seeking a Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join their established residential development and development finance teams within the Real Estate department. You will manage a diverse caseload that includes:

  • Complex and large-scale land acquisitions for notable clients across the country
  • Collaboration agreements among developers
  • Disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers
  • Funding arrangements
  • Strategic options
  • Urban regeneration initiatives

Your role will involve close collaboration with Partners on key project aspects, ensuring your contributions are acknowledged at the highest level.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
  • Strong property development experience combined with excellent legal skills.
