Job Summary
PP Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Solicitor to join our Real Estate team. As a Principal Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on construction risk management, procurement, and completion of projects across various sectors.
About the Role
- Manage a caseload of construction work, including drafting and negotiating contracts, appointments, and supporting documents.
- Assist other members of the team with their caseloads of construction work, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and driving growth.
- Work closely with the Construction team to achieve set financial and chargeable targets, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years PQE experience in construction law, with a strong understanding of non-contentious and contentious construction work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in construction law, with a keen interest in real estate work.
- Excellent IT and typing skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
