Position Overview

We are in search of a Real Estate Supervisor to become a vital part of our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Who We Are Looking For

An accomplished individual. We seek a candidate with a solid background in property management and the capability to cultivate strong professional relationships.

A detail-oriented expert. The real estate sector is dynamic, requiring someone who can operate efficiently and accurately within our IT systems, demonstrating excellent spelling and grammar.

A skilled communicator. We desire a person who can establish strong connections with both residents and clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service.

You should possess or be pursuing a professional property qualification, such as an MTPI certification. At Centrick, we are committed to supporting your professional growth and career advancement.

Your work will involve a blend of remote, office, and site-based activities.

Your Responsibilities

While each day presents unique challenges, the following tasks will typically be part of your role. Even if you cannot check off every item on this list but believe you have the necessary skills, we encourage you to consider this opportunity:

  • Oversee a portfolio of properties in Birmingham
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of buildings
  • Establish initial annual budgets
  • Finalize year-end financial statements
  • Coordinate all major projects, including contractor management
  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Address all resident and client inquiries
  • Participate in resident meetings
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
