Sterling Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and accountable individual to take on the role of Real Estate Operations Manager. This position entails comprehensive oversight of the daily functions at designated properties and developments.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing property leases, promoting and filling vacancies, evaluating potential tenants, enforcing rental agreements, coordinating with service providers, and most importantly, delivering exceptional service to all our clients (property owners) to ensure high levels of retention and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the intermediary between tenants and property owners
  • Ensuring property upkeep by addressing tenant issues, executing repairs, and enforcing occupancy regulations
  • Facilitating contract renewals
  • Compiling property inventories
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management
  • Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
