Join Our Team as a Tax Manager in Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our Real Estate group at RSM. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax expertise to our clients in the real estate industry, including real estate investment trusts, real estate private equity funds, and real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients in the real estate industry
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial statements
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective tax planning and compliance
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting
  • Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
