Job Description

Job Title: Team Administrator - Clinical Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for typing letters, minutes of meetings, and other documentation, as well as implementing and maintaining central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation, and staff documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team, including typing of letters, minutes of meetings, and other documentation.
  • Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation, and staff documentation.
  • Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing information as required by the District Nurses.
  • Answer non-clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from the Nursing Staff.
