Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores to gain new distribution for our partners' vape products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers through varied lead generation tactics
  • Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches, and closing deals
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • Manage your time and territory plan effectively to maximize your productivity
  • Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have:

A full driving licenseExperience within B2B or B2C sales positionsA keen interest in working in a fast-paced, start-up environmentA great team player with an outgoing personalityThe ability to manage time effectively to ensure high levels of productivityCommercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targetsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)

What We Offer

  • Base Salary up to: £32,500
  • Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas
