Job Title: Account/Contract Manager

Lifelancer is seeking a highly skilled Account/Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and implementing a strategic territory plan to sell our wide range of healthcare products into NHS hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Development: Identify key decision makers and develop sustainable relationships to understand their needs and develop a winning contract proposition.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell our healthcare products and homecare service into hospitals and ICBs, leveraging your understanding of the NHS and track record of selling products and services into the NHS.
  • Procurement Engagement: Lead engagement of procurement leads at a local or relevant procurement hub to establish tender timetables.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage and mobilize KDMs/commercial and clinical advocates, utilizing your strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the NHS and track record of selling products and services into the NHS.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with key decision makers.
  • Business analytics, business planning, and organizational skills.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills.
