Territory Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to work covering our successful Continence Care product portfolio across Lancashire, Cumbria, and the Isle of Man.

Our client is a major player in the Chronic care marketplace, both here in the UK and overseas. They are renowned for their niche products, innovative service offerings, and exciting growth plans for the next few years.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for our portfolio and work across community and secondary care markets with exposure to influential key NHS stakeholders across the territory.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our portfolio and working across community and secondary care markets
  • Exposure to influential key NHS stakeholders across the territory
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

The ideal candidate will be a strong planner with good business management skills, a strong clinical and commercial understanding, and the ability to manage a 'business within a business'. They will also be comfortable selling remotely through virtual and field-based interactions, agile, and able to cope and adapt to changing customer needs.

We are looking for a commercially minded individual with some sales experience from the healthcare/device industry, or a commercially focused graduate or person looking for the next move after 2-3 years sales experience.
