About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Deal Maker to join our team at Altius Group Limited. As a Graduate Trainee Deal Maker, you will play a key role in supporting our Corporate Deal Executives and Directors in developing strategies to sell current and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Administration: Gain skills and technical understanding of the end-to-end business brokerage market, including setting up client files, maintaining company records, and compiling sales details.
  • Sales Negotiation: Learn technical and soft skills to create a healthy sales pipeline of deals, develop exceptional negotiation skills, and effectively manage workload and targets.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage buyer enquiries, arrange viewings, and negotiate and agree deals.
Requirements
  • Graduate within a business, economics, or finance field.
  • Determination to create a rewarding career in B2B brokerage.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and drive personal development and growth.
  • Technical capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
