Beverage Operations Manager

In this role, you will implement and uphold control measures to ensure that beverage costs, productivity, labor expenses, and operational supply costs align with budgetary expectations. You will also be responsible for planning budgets and reviewing monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts. Your duties will include managing shifts based on business requirements, analyzing month-end reports, and identifying any deviations from business objectives. You will participate in management meetings to assess progress towards business goals and contribute to the annual business strategy for the outlet. Collaborating with the kitchen and sales departments, you will develop and measure profit enhancement initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare and present post-event reports to the General Manager following promotional activities.

The Beverage Operations Manager oversees the daily management of beverage services, ensuring that guests receive the highest standards of service. You will plan, organize, and direct the overall beverage operations, including administration, marketing, and promotion, while being accountable for profitability and revenue generation.

A solid understanding of food hygiene and health & safety protocols is essential.

You will prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for beverage operations.

Maintaining constant communication with the Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Hotel Manager is crucial.

Our operations run year-round, requiring flexibility in shift patterns and working days. Typically, we experience higher volumes during evenings and weekends, but all shift arrangements can be discussed during the interview process.
