Beverage Operations Manager

As a Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the financial performance of our beverage outlets, ensuring that costs, productivity, and labor align with budgetary goals. You will be responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing monthly forecasts, and reporting on revenue and expenditures. Your role will include conducting Duty Management shifts as required and participating in management meetings to strategize for the future.

Your responsibilities will also encompass:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of service in our beverage operations.
  • Planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the outlet.
  • Maintaining compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with the culinary team and other department heads.

We operate year-round, requiring flexibility in scheduling. Our busiest times are typically evenings and weekends, but we can discuss shift patterns during the interview process.
