Beverage Operations Manager

Your role will involve implementing and maintaining effective control measures to ensure that beverage costs, productivity, labor expenses, and operational supply costs align with budgetary goals. You will be responsible for planning budgets and reviewing monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts. Additionally, you will carry out Duty Management shifts based on operational needs, analyze month-end reports, and identify deviations from business objectives.

The Beverage Operations Manager oversees the daily management of beverage services, ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered to our guests. You will plan, organize, and direct the overall beverage operations, including administration, marketing, and promotional activities, while being accountable for profitability and revenue generation.

A solid understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for the bar and maintaining constant communication with the Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Hotel Manager.

We operate year-round, providing flexibility in shifts and hours. Evening and weekend shifts are typically busier, but we can discuss your preferred schedule during the interview.
