The Royal Shakespeare Company is seeking motivated, sociable, and skilled individuals to become part of our esteemed catering team as Catering and Hospitality Staff, primarily operating in our renowned Rooftop Restaurant. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure outstanding service, contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the Rooftop Restaurant and Theatre bars, including special events and private functions.

  • Personalize interactions with customers, showcasing our latest menu offerings
  • Manage billing processes

We are looking for candidates who possess:

This role involves a variety of shifts, predominantly during evenings and weekends, under a flexible hours contract.
