Business Development Executive

The Graduate Project, a leading global electronics and stationery company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join their team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to drive business growth, develop strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's success.

  • Assist the Sales team in achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Oversee a small group of existing clients, enhancing relationship management skills and promoting business development.
  • Provide administrative support to National Account Managers and larger clients, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Market Analysis
  • Analyse various data sources to identify new business leads, recognise potential opportunities, and pinpoint areas for sales growth.
  • Assist National Account Managers, Senior Planning Manager, and Sales Manager with tasks such as event bookings, mailouts, competitive market reports, and new line form completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills for sales analysis and reporting, with experience in database maintenance being highly beneficial.
  • Sales experience within consumer durable goods, stationery, or medical sectors.
  • Full, clean UK driving license for potential customer visits and trade show attendance.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM tools or dashboards such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or PowerBI is highly desirable.
