About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and to ensure that their requirements are met.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, and that any defects or issues are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Auto CAD, Civils 3D, Site 3D, Micro drainage, and other civil engineering packages.
