We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at VolkerWessels UK. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including design, construction, and commissioning
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including cost, schedule, and quality risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex civil engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
