As a key member of the Claranet Limited team, the HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives. This generalist role requires a collaborative and adaptable individual who can build lasting relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Support leaders across the business to deliver organizational success in change management and organization design
* Coach, develop, and support leaders to develop their people management capability, advising on complex people issues and casework
* Develop existing reporting and MI and provide analysis on key HR trends with solutions and plans to address issues
* Work closely with the L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
* Work closely with the Talent team to hire the best talent
* Focus on talent management, including workforce and succession planning
* Support the Head of HR Operations in driving and implementing the overall People plan strategy that is aligned to company-wide strategic priorities
* Co-lead on a number of HR people and culture projects, including DEI, CSR, Health and Wellbeing, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Management, and Succession Planning
* Acquisition and Integration management
* Ensure implementation of and adherence to employment legislation and company policies
* Act as a coach and mentor to more junior members of the HR team
* Be an ambassador of the HR function through professionalism and practice

**Collaboration and Partnerships
---------------------------

* Collaborate with Group HR and Operations to ensure consistency across UK and Group functions where applicable
* Work closely with the Learning and Development team to link workforce planning to learning and development offerings
* Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide workforce planning and organization design input to talent acquisition strategy and planning activities
* Connect with Business Intelligence and Planning to link internal communications with internal transformation projects
* Engage with SLT and SMT for company-wide strategic initiatives

**Requirements
------------

* Behavioural competencies: flexible, creative, self-motivated, able to manage conflict and challenges in an open and constructive manner, demonstrates role model behaviours, passionate and agile deliverer
* Critical competencies: ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, ability to combine strategic thinking with HR operational knowledge, collaborative partnering skills, highly organized with excellent planning skills, commercially aware, and acute knowledge of employment legislation
* CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable)
* Ability to travel when the need arises
