We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Digital team at Student Cribs as a Systems Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of software products and applications, ensuring systems are operating within business standards, and contributing to systems planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions to meet business needs.
  • Elicit and document functional requirements through process mapping and analysis.
  • Ensure systems are aligned with business objectives and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of systems plans, budgets, and strategies.
  • Analyze project and systems data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Identify and propose solutions to problems and shortfalls.
  • Provide operational support, including liaison with stakeholders and tracking timelines.
  • Develop and maintain systems documentation and reports.
  • Manage systems contracts and financials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills required, SQL and Power BI experience desired.
  • Knowledge of common technology stacks.
  • Understanding of the software product lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
