Position Overview: Technical Analyst - Server & Cloud Technologies

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Analyst to enhance our IT department's capabilities on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a vital member of the Infrastructure and Operations team, you will report directly to the Infrastructure Lead and play a key role in the effective management, support, and enhancement of the digital infrastructure at Southbank Centre.

Your primary responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive infrastructure support for both our on-premise and cloud systems. This includes, but is not limited to, Virtualization, Storage solutions, Backup strategies, and Cloud services.

We are embarking on a significant upgrade initiative that will offer opportunities for you to engage in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new systems.
