Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support for IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain PC desktops, laptops, and Windows servers.
  • Manage patch management and software updates.
  • Support mobile device management and MS Office 365 administration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, software, and peripheral applications.
  • Administer Linux servers and virtualization platforms.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve IT infrastructure and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT support and services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Desktop, Laptop, and Mobile Device Hardware, Operating Systems, and Protocols.
  • Experience with structured cabling, Cat 5/6, and optical.
  • Strong understanding of patch management and SDLC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Apple Mac, and IOS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Security Permissions, Group Policy, ADFS, and AADS.
  • Experience with MS Office 365, MS Windows 365, and MS Teams.
  • Mobile Device Management experience with MobileIron or Intune.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server maintenance and management.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms, such as VMware or vCenter.
  • Basic scripting and automation skills with MS PowerShell.
  • ITIL/ITSM Practitioner certification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in banking, finance, or insurance companies.
  • Experience with finance applications, such as Bloomberg.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Entra.
