Position Overview:

We are seeking a Facilities Support Engineer to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all machinery and equipment through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to maximize uptime and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors during both unplanned and scheduled preventative maintenance (PPM), ensuring adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and security protocols.
  • Assist in audits requiring TPM compliance or any contributions from the Facilities department.
  • Promote and implement sustainability initiatives within the facility.
  • Input and track the Facility fault reporting system, ensuring timely resolution and updates on all reported issues.
  • Actively participate in the rollout of new facility projects.
  • Provide support for after-hours building requirements and activities as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property, and ITC standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Possession of the electrical 18th edition of the IET Wiring Regulations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Current IOSH Managing Safely certification or willingness to complete the course if selected.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various work scenarios.
  • Familiarity with current Facility IT systems (SAP, SHIRE, Verature).
  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
