About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve key performance indicators and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints, working closely with the player protection team to resolve issues.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
