Customer Success Executive

Are you a motivated individual with a background in Account Management or Customer Success looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to join our team in Belfast.

This role provides significant opportunities to build on current customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and take on larger accounts and more responsibility. As a Customer Success Executive, you will:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new product lines and ongoing accounts.
  • Attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions (primarily in the UK).
  • Share knowledge, assist junior employees, and contribute to organizational development.
  • Anticipate customer needs, drive growth opportunities, and provide product support.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver new opportunities and align with customer expectations.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in a business or IT field.
  • Good communication, while being comfortable with customer interactions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities.
  • Experience managing and maximizing profitability in B2B relationships.
  • Target-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
