This role provides significant opportunities to build on current customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and take on larger accounts and more responsibility. As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and solutions.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new product lines and ongoing accounts.
- Attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions (primarily in the UK).
- Share knowledge, assist junior employees, and contribute to organizational development.
- Anticipate customer needs, drive growth opportunities, and provide product support.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver new opportunities and align with customer expectations.
What we're looking for:
- A degree in a business or IT field.
- Good communication, while being comfortable with customer interactions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities.
- Experience managing and maximizing profitability in B2B relationships.
- Target-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
