Job Title: Senior Registered Manager (Ofsted Registered)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Registered Manager to oversee our 3-bedded children's home. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to young individuals in a nurturing environment.
Salary:
- Competitive earnings ranging from £50,000 to £70,000, based on experience.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, primarily during standard office hours, with the expectation of flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
Key Requirements:
- QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, specifically in the children and young people's residential management pathway (either held or in progress).
- Proven experience in a managerial or deputy role within a residential children's setting.
- Prior experience in Ofsted-regulated environments is essential.
