Assistant Manager for Children's Services
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise the daily functions of our Ofsted Registered Children's home Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staff scheduling and coverage
  • Develop care plans and conduct risk assessments
  • Lead staff meetings
  • Perform staff supervisions and evaluations
  • Manage medication protocols and financial resources
  • Engage in support shifts as required
  • Create Person-Centered support plans
  • Participate in training and professional development
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years in a residential setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with Ofsted Regulations
  • At least a Level 4 Diploma in Children's Residential Services or actively pursuing it
  • Experience in staff supervision, report preparation, and meeting participation
  • Willingness to join on-call rotations and manage after-hours communications
  • Valid UK Driving License
