We are seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise the daily functions of our Ofsted Registered Children's home Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff scheduling and coverage
- Develop care plans and conduct risk assessments
- Lead staff meetings
- Perform staff supervisions and evaluations
- Manage medication protocols and financial resources
- Engage in support shifts as required
- Create Person-Centered support plans
- Participate in training and professional development
- A minimum of 3 years in a residential setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with Ofsted Regulations
- At least a Level 4 Diploma in Children's Residential Services or actively pursuing it
- Experience in staff supervision, report preparation, and meeting participation
- Willingness to join on-call rotations and manage after-hours communications
- Valid UK Driving License
