About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our 3-bedded Children's home in Southport. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services
* Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for our young people

Requirements:

* QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services
* Experience at the Manager/Deputy level in a residential home for children
* Experience working in Ofsted-regulated residential children's homes

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience
* 5 weeks' annual leave (exclusive of bank holidays)
* Full support for deputy managers to progress to management roles
* Specialist CPD-certified training and accredited qualifications free of charge
