About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Cranial Neurosurgeon to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Neurosurgery department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our neurosurgical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert neurosurgical care to patients with cranial conditions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
  • Lead and participate in neurotrauma services and emergency lists
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior staff and medical students
  • Engage in clinical research and audit to improve patient outcomes
