Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Build effective working relationships with senior leaders and managers to understand their HR needs and provide tailored advice and guidance.
- Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Support the recruitment process, including job planning, advertising, and interviewing. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- HR Systems and Processes: Ensure the effective use of HR systems and processes, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to support the development of managers and employees.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of senior leaders and managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
