About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Shap Road. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our young adults with Learning Disabilities and/or challenges within the autistic spectrum.

Our residential care home is a registered 4-bedroom house that provides a safe and supportive environment for our residents to live as independently as possible. We are committed to helping our residents develop their skills and confidence, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Support our residents in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interaction and community engagement, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure a holistic approach to care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
