About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Whinfell School. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives and develop greater lifelong independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Provide a positive and consistent role model, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of positive behaviour support strategies that empower our young people to make positive changes in their lives.

Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Health and Social Care or a related subject.
- Experience of working with young people with Asperger's Syndrome and Complex Needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
