About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to young adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social skills through activities and outings
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialist residential services
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
