We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker Nights Specialist to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a Support Worker Nights Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young adults with disabilities in a residential home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Medical Needs are Met: You will be responsible for ensuring the medical needs of our residents are met, including administering medication and providing personal care.
  • Overnight Support: You will provide overnight support to our residents, checking on them throughout the night and handling any incidents that may arise.
  • Bedtime and Morning Routines: You will assist with bedtime routines, including washing and changing, and assist with morning routines, including getting up, washing, and dressing.
  • Provide High-Quality Care: You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: You will have prior experience working in a support worker, carer, or similar role.
